Bottega Veneta Residency
Bottega Veneta has launched Bottega Residency, a new online initiative to promote positivity and creativity during the coronavirus pandemic. Every week, the brand lends its online space to its esteemed pool of collaborators, including musicians, filmmakers and chefs. Explore an ever-growing curation of playlists, recipes and interviews, as well as joining the Sunday evening movie club (this week’s film is yet to be announced).
The McQueen Creators series continues this week, encouraging creativity during quarantine. The British fashion house sets a new brief every Monday on Instagram, ranging from drawing and animation to embroidery, and the winner is then announced via the brand’s social platforms. This week challenges you to create your own print, inspired by McQueen. You are encouraged to use a medium of your choice, from illustration to screenprinting.
This has been launched alongside McQueen Music, a nine-hour playlist curated by John Gosling, who has been responsible for the house’s show soundtracks for more than 20 years.
